Training Philosophy
Chris fell in love with exercise and fitness after losing substantial weight in his junior year of high school to prepare for football. During his young adulthood, he loved sports and played an array of sports such as football, basketball, baseball, and soccer. At some point in his athletic career, he realized he loved training for sports more than the sport itself. This realization led Chris to attain his Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and Human Performance and his Master’s degree in Movement and Leisure Sciences. During his Master’s Degree, Chris became a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and began working for The University of Idaho Athletic Department working primarily with Football, Basketball, Swim, Golf, and Tennis. During his Master’s Degree, Chris fell in love with the sport of Powerlifting and is looking to qualify for Nationals for the USAPL Drug Tested Federation. Chris focuses on small improvements that lead to life change results. He is passionate about making all his athletes and clients reach and exceed their goals.
