Training Philosophy
Being an NCAA Division 1 competitive athlete, Dr. Jenny always had an interest in the human body and pushing it beyond its limits. However, following multiple injuries throughout her athletic career, she recognized there were outstanding expectations for performance, with little education and priority on recovery, injury prevention, and overtraining. She then decided to attain a personal coaching certification, where her love for the human body was further strengthened. Immediately after graduating with a BS in Kinesiology, Jenny decided to pursue a Doctorate of Physical Therapy where she further enhanced her education and began to specialize in movement programming, orthopedic rehabilitation, and injury prevention.
Dr. Jenny’s unique background in 16 years of athletics + 8 years of strength and conditioning coaching + physical therapy is what differentiates her from other coaches and health care/fitness professionals. Her passion is to empower individuals to invest and strengthen their relationship with health and wellness, education, and prioritize injury prevention.
