We offer a variety of programs tailored to different fitness goals, including strength building, fat loss, functional fitness, and more. If you’re unsure where to start, our team can guide you through a quick consultation or quiz to help you choose the best program for your needs and experience level. If this is something that you would like to find out with professional help please visit our consultation tab.

This is an option for anyone interested in training, however, It’s recommended to focus on one program at a time to maximize your results. Likewise, we do offer flexible programs that allow for a combination of training styles if you have multiple goals such as strength-building and aesthetics. 

Most of our programs are designed to be done in a gym setting with access to standard machines, free weights, and cardio equipment. However, we also offer home-friendly options that require minimal equipment. While our facility does have specialty equipment, our coaches understand that everyone’s situation can be different and substitutions can be made if there is a lack of resources. 

No! The Mecca Vault is available to everyone, whether you’re a member of the Mecca Gym or not. The content is designed to help anyone, no matter where they work out. If you would like to meet with our coaches in person to show you how a workout is performed, click here!
