With over 15 years of experience, Kirk utilizes his passion, education, and experience to help others transform their body and lifestyle. He has a background in training athletes of all ages, corporate executives, stay-at-home moms, weekend warriors, bodybuilding competitors and everyone in between. Kirk’s coaching and training style rely on a foundation of fundamental exercises, dietary strategies and lifestyle adjustments that will maximize individuals results. I firmly believe that support and education are the key to long term results and body transformation success.
