As a former athlete, Erin has always had a passion for fitness and exercise. After having three children she suffered from postpartum depression and she turned to fitness and exercise to help her improve her mental health. Strength and conditioning became her passion and her calling to help others improve their health and wellness. Her fitness philosophy is all about self-love. She believes we are blessed to wake up each day and taking care of our health is a top priority. The more love we pour into ourselves the more we get out of life. SELF-LOVE isn’t selfish; it’s necessary! Erin lives by the philosophy of wake, pray, and train. She takes her own health and wellness seriously and has recently competed in her first NPC show and is an active group fitness instructor.
