John believes that consistency is key to achieving your goals. After having multiple surgeries and injuries John turned to fitness as a way to grow and get better. He pushed the boundaries and limits of what he could do. Finding out that fitness is the best way to not only become physically stronger but mentally as well. Johns Philosophy is to never give up. Always strive to become the best version of yourself. Life will knock you down, you will need to choose to get back up. He lives by the principle that it’s a privilege as a coach to help anyone and everyone we can achieve their goals.
